 •      Troubleshooting & fixing desktop / laptop OS, e-mail client, printer / scanner, print queue related L2 level issues

·         Should be able to do system administration,

·         Configure, update & troubleshooting on Antivirus software

·         Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.

·         Installation and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, messaging clients

·         Installation & troubleshooting of printers related issues.

 •     Ability to quickly analyses & diagnose technical problems

·         Patch management for desktops – ensure critical patches are updated on schedule

·         Desktop Imaging through MDT

·         Good Communication skill

·         Incident / problem determination and resolution on Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.


•     Desktop /Laptop Inventory management



Qualification : Any Graduation of regular mode either 3 years of polytechnic Diploma and BHEL required 1 of them global certification: MCSE or MCP or MCSA

Designation: Desktop support engineer level 2

Experience: 1year should be relevant
