· Configure, update & troubleshooting on Antivirus software |

· Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. |

· Installation and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, messaging clients |

· Installation & troubleshooting of printers related issues. |

• Ability to quickly analyses & diagnose technical problems |
||
· Patch management for desktops – ensure critical patches are updated on schedule |
||
· Desktop Imaging through MDT |
||
· Good Communication skill |
||
· Incident / problem determination and resolution on Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management, Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. |
||
• Desktop /Laptop Inventory management |
Qualification : Any Graduation of regular mode either 3 years of polytechnic Diploma and BHEL required 1 of them global certification: MCSE or MCP or MCSA
