? Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Deployment, Client onboarding,
increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
? Trouble shooting customer reported problems – remote support and on-site support
? Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective/preventives steps and work
closely with the engineering team for timely resolution.
? Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
? Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
? Developing training videos, instruction guides etc, and other tools of customer on-boarding
? Product demo to customers and support the sales team at critical junctures of the sales
